Candy Efforts

A little while back when I was in middle school we had this candy fundraiser to do to raise money for Cancer victims my school also did stuff like Jump rope for Heart and such.

What ended up happening was I would go around door to door and ask people if they wanted to buy some to help out the cause and in part this did help some but it just wasn't helping enough. So I started going to my mom's work and started selling them there because she worked for the school board so it was a little easier getting them to buy it and I also gave some to my aunt to sell at her job she works at a check cashing place and there also helped out a lot because people are cashing checks and they have money to buy it.

Well as these were helping out it still wasn't enough for the fundraiser so I thought why not have a little dance or get together for friends and family and have a toll to get in and any money we got from that we could put towards the fundraiser. And Im not quite sure how much we raised total but I think myself I raised a total of about $200.
