Candy for Charity

I have worked with a company that manufactured candies and chocolates. Though as a part time I have always liked to work for the company as the company's code of ethics were great and the company was very much concerned about the environment. As a result of this it made contributions to funds and charities where environment was involved.

Seeing all this me and my co workers also fell in love to the company's codes and the environment. So we too wanted to be a part of the fund raising campaign. But the chairman insisted on giving away the funds rather than raising it.

But we all some how managed to convince him to raise the funds this year and the idea was selling candies and telling people about the hazards that affect the environment. This was to be done by writing quotes on the wrappers of the candies. It worked and worked so well and in such a positive way that even people who bought these chocolates wanted to be a part of the campaign and contributed as much as they could.
