Candy Fundraising, a very SWEET success!

My candy fundraiser was for my Track team at my school. We each had to sell a box of chocolate bars in order to pay for our equipment and jerseys. Each of the chocolate bars were a buck each and came in various delectable flavors.

It was a great idea, because students at my school LOVED sweets and especially during class when they needed a sugar rush, they could automatically buy one from me in class. Even teachers liked it too! They always bought a couple so they could snack on it during long hours in the classroom.

Selling chocolate bars wasn't so bad. What really made it a success was selling the chocolate bars during break period which was around 10:00 a.m. That's when students start getting hungry and will splurge money for anything like chips or gatorade.

I managed to sell all of my chocolate bars and also some of my friend's chocolate bars to help her out. A great tip to selling is to always be courteous and sell where people might look for food.

Candy selling is the perfect fund-raising campaign for anyone in need to raise money successfully!
