Chocolate Changes a Life

We used the World's Finest Chocolate Fundraiser to bring a 13 year old girl from the Philippines to Toronto, to remove a tennis ball size tumor growing on her neck.

As adults we were faced with the difficulty of selling the chocolates, but knowing how much we wanted to raise funds for this young woman, we kept going. Some of us bought the 10 boxes assigned, we still eat the chocolates we bought.

Because of the money we made we were able to change the life of this young woman. The fundraiser was so successful that after her surgery we were able sponsor her high school and college education.
