I am a member of a Girl Scout troop and we only have a few more years left until we disband as we head off to college.
We are so excited because six of our eight troop members have earned Gold Award (akin to Boy Scouts Eagle Project) and are taking one last trip to celebrate all of our hard work.
Because we are all interested in pursuing careers in the biology field, we are planning to take a specialized cruise where we will be able to practice different aspects that we learned in classes at school as well as interact with the environment in a hands-on fashion.
We used the WFC and were able to raise $4,000 through lots of hard work!
