Fund raised for a noble cause

I am working in a private organization(Bank). We have done a lot of fund raising event for many such noble causes. This time it was for the orphange chidrens, who are blind. We decided to do so many things to raise huge money. We organised one event for each day for a week like Songs competition and concert, dance, Skit, Fashion show and the final day with some interesting fun events like baloon shooting, fortune wheel etc. We selected this idea because, even though the work pressure was more, we know that everyone wants a break during work and its all fun. We made the entry ticket as Rs.50.00. And for the games, it was Rs.20.00. We also gave 3 prizes for all the events. we gave Rs.1,500.00 gift voucher for the winner, Rs.1,000.00 for the first runner up and Rs.500 for the second runner up, these are company sponsored.We had a overwhelming response and we were able to collect around 25,000.00.
