Halloween Photos and Unicef

I'm so glad that there's a forum to share this!!
I have to explain first that the reason why I came across this idea for fundraising for Unicef was because of all the occurrences that happened with the Earthquakes in Japan (and everything else for that matter) I discovered through research that "Unicef" gave the most money that was raised into helping people,so in turn I did something to add to their funds and created an idea that raised me alone (not including my 6 friends that joined me) $251.68
We raised a total of $980.00 for Halloween this year!

What we did was collect a bunch on Unicef boxes and turned them inside out and decorated them with Halloween things (pumpkins, ghost, bats) with glitter and foam cut outs.

We all had digital camera's and went trick-or-treating door to door.

What we did was tell them "We would like to take a photo of you and/or your family in costume (or without), and would like to take of photo of you in front of your house for Halloween to remember this day for a donation (no matter how small)we will give to Unicef and we will e-mail you the photo for free!"

It worked quite well and we had so much fun! We got great stories from people while doing this as well as some funny kids who were camera shy!
