Help Those Stars on Earth

We are actually a small voluntary organization called Help Those Stars on Earth. Our objective is to help poor boys and girls who really have talent but don't have much resources to nurture them so as they achieve their dreams in the fields they are supposed to be a star. In the year 2000 we framed an idea to raise funds for these stars which was a unique one and I would like to share it with all.

We had designed a web page and linked it with a site (I cannot mention the name here) with a huge database of celebrities of perhaps from all fields of performing arts, sports and culture. What we did was that we contacted all prominent stars personally by sending our representatives to take out a video of length of only 45 seconds where they invited their fans to help poor children to build up their future in their own style or manner. At first we thought that we might not be succeed in this program. But when we started it we had a tremendous response. Some celebrities had even allow us to shoot them for more than 5 minutes when they heard the cause we had reached him or her for. The whole program took us around one and half year. Then we activated our website in this manner: one should open our website, he/she would find his/her favorite star's list there, he/she would click in and his/her favorite star would speak to him/her in his/her own voice to help the stars on earth. What's rest? We collected such a huge amount of funds that we had to form a trustee board to manage it. We have withdrawn that website and built up some other process to collect money at present as the growing numbers of celebrities makes it difficult for us to maintain this site with the videos, but the fund we had raised at that time is still the bigger part of the trustee funds as a whole.
