Hug Your Child

we were raising money for our co-opt nursery school. We wanted to sell the silicone bracelets, we knew kids and adults both love them and we could keep the price of the bracelets down. We liked that they were a little bit unique as well. We chose the color blue, deciding that was always a popular color and also in bracelets not a real common one. We had them printed with "hug your child" after thinking up a lot of slogans, we liked this one best since we were a nursery school. We bought 1000 of them - that came to a little less than 20 per child and we charged only $2.00 each. We sold almost all of them, but none went to waste, we gave a few away. We made over $1,000 and did a little publicity for our school as well.
A little tip: we gave ourselves only 4 weeks on this project, but if we had taken longer and bought a larger quantity we could have made more.
