Liz Hurley Breast Cancer Ribbon Run

When you sign up, there's a site given to you that is uniquely yours, this is where you can get most of your donations.
I will send out emails to family and friends, post links on my mspace and facebook, and also on any other blogs that I can find that are related to breast cancer or any forums that I am either on or that are related to breast cancer.
I find it often easier to raise money for this cause when you bring up the fact that this really could happen to anyone, and wouldn't you want to have the best equipment possible to aide in your fight?
I also tend to tell people about my first hand stories with breast cancer, as my grandmother is a survivor.
Last year I raised $500.00 and my team raised almost $2,000. It's a great incentive to exercise and raise money.
We make it fun by ordering team tshirts and dressing up all goofy for the walk/run.
It's a cause I believe dearly in, and I think that when you're raising money for a cause you believe in, it's easier to push and to raise the goal that you set for yourself.
Good Luck!
