Money Box!

While attending St. Charles Catholic school in Peru, IN, we had a fundraiser every year: selling magazines. We needed this money for various things for the school. Each year we had a huge constellation galaxy tent come in for a week. The whole class would go inside this huge tent and gaze at the different stars and constellations. Teachers would share information about different galaxies, starts, and constellations. One year the magazine fundraiser would pay for this. That was very intriguing to get us students to earn money! Students need to have a reason to raise money, or sell magazines. The reason needs to help them out. The students should get something great in return for raising money for the school.
Besides being able to get the galaxy tent, we had a cash drawing at the end of the magazine selling period! It was great. Young students actually were able to get cash!!! For each three magazines a student sold, they were able to get one cash draw. The cash box had 1's, 5's, 10's, 20's, and 50's in it! One year I received 8 draws and I think I received around 100 dollars. It was so fun. I tried my hardest to get the most cash draws. I had the most out of the whole school. I went around to everybody in my neighborhood, asked all of my family, all of my friends, and even people that I did not know that well. It was very fun and very rewarding.
