Old family recipes fundraiser

Our school system had the attitude of "been there, done that" when it comes to fundraisers and we needed a new and fresh idea. One of the parents decided that a good idea would be to come up with a cookbook that we could sell to everyone. All the parents got together and decided that the theme would be "old family recipes". Each person would bring their recipes and hand them to another of the parents who owned a print shop. We were able to get the cost of putting the cook book together donated so that was a large help. We sold the cook books for 15.00 and we were able to get total profit on all of them!
