Phone Recycling Fundraiser
The way money was raised for the school was a few local industries donated money for every phone raised. This money was then used to help setup additional fundraisers with funding that was needed to complete. Each classroom was assigned a teacher (their first hour class) the class with the most phones received a pizza party, second place got ice cream, and third place had pop.
Overall the fundraiser went very well, because the school brought attention to former students who were serving for their country. Over 1000 phones were collected k-12, and the school received around $2000 dollars in donation money from local business.
