Pizza Fundraiser

Hello, I have an idea for your fundraiser. This can be done for numerous things (money, food,etc.) Schools are a great place to go. Kids are usually willing to compete for prizes, restaurants such as pizza hut are willing to donate prizes such as a 'pizza party'.
I was in a class raising money for the food pantry. We divided ourselves into groups and each group talked to a different class, first through fifth.
The classes were to compete to raise the most money and they would win a pizza party from pizza hut. Pizza Hut was more than willing to donate eliminating cost. After, talking to the principle about our goals we got the ok to start this.
We only carried on the competition for a week raising more than one thousand dollars and the fourth grade class winning the pizza party.
Some helpful tips are to make fliers to hang and for the students to give to their parents. Most parents were very willing to help. Also, make sure that the people in charge fully understand what your plans are and that they are okay with it.
