Pizza Party Stirs Up the Candy Fundraising Excitement

The school needed money to improve the library. The library was old and new books were needed for students to enjoy. It was suggested that we promote a candy fundraiser to get new books for the children. Parents and students were slow to respond to the cause. So the organizers brainstormed and decided to tell the children that the class that raised the most money would have a no-homework night and pizza party the next day. The children heard the word "pizza" and the candy fundraising event took off afterwards!
