Queen Fundraiser

I ran a community little miss pageant and we needed to raise extra money for prizes for the contestants. We were looking for something different the the usual raffle. We decided to do a calendar fundraiser.

The best part was we designed the calendars ourselves so all the girls got to be part of the fun. We had pictures of each of the contestants, and pictures of fun things that we did. The calendars were a huge hit, the families loved buying them and we raised more money then we thought we would.

We sold so many calendars that we bought more calendars to sell the night of the pageant and donated all the extra money that we made from the calendar sells to a childrens organization.

I loved that we had a fundraiser that was fun and creative, and I really loved that we were able to earn enough extra money that we could donate it to another organization that could use it.
