Raising money for Church Camp... Mission Possible.

A while back attended this church camp where teens go on a trip to less-fortunate cities to help people there with things like repainting their house, pulling out their weeds, etc. The payment for the trip was about $500, but throughout the year we had plenty of ideas for fundraising. One of the first was where we sold those little sticker packs where every sticker had some couple for a restaurant or store around the city, then ofcourse we did car washes and garage sales. After a while we decided that a cookie dough sale may be a pretty good idea because everyone loves cookie dough =). Most of who actually tried selling cookie dough did make a fairly large amount of money compared to the other fundraisers we had tried. We tried to sell everywhere: to family, to other members of our church, the teens sold to friends, families, and teachers of their schools, and some went and sold outside of stores. The best thing to do when selling this is ASK ANYONE AND EVERYONE, you never know who will say "sure, i'll buy some." I personally raised plenty, including all fundraisers I made about $400+, most of it from selling the dough.
