SANTA'S HELPERS

In 1978, when I was 8 years old, our church sold World's Finest Chocolate bars to raise money for the St. Mary's Orphanage in Mobile, AL. We raised enough money to provide each child with a Christmas present from a wish list, and sponsored a Christmas party for them, which we all attended.

To see the smiles on the children's faces, even when I was a child myself was so rewarding. I will never forget how easy it was to sell the bars, and how the profits helped so many.

The following week when we were back at school, we recieved a thank-you note from the children at the home, and they called us Santa's helpers. From then on, we sold them every year for St. Mary's.
