Saving Animals Cookbook Fundraiser

I love animals, and I wanted to help them out by saving lives. So I put together a cookbook fundraiser so I could raise some money.

I had 20 recipes of each category: soups, seafoods, desserts, and salads. It helped a lot because there was so many recipes to choose from! I also put tips by each recipe and a picture! That also helped!

I have one tip that a lot of people liked. Some people may already know this, but to keep your lettuce, (in your salad), from getting all soggy and not keeping the crisp texture; put your dressing on right before you serve it. Don't put it on before or it will just get all soggy. And don't put tomatoes or onions in it, because some guests might not like tomatoes and onions, so put those few ingredients into separate bowls so your friends and family can dish up how much they want.

When I sold all of those cookbooks, I promised that I'd give 40% of the profit to one of my family members. For all the ink and paper I used, but I still earned a lot of money! Each book had 90 pages in it and I sold each book for $5.00! Not bad! Because alot of my customers said it was cheap for a cookbook! I earned $300 in 2 weeks!
