Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue Fundraiser - Spot-acular Cookbook

I am the fundraising coordinator for Second chances Dalmatian Rescue. I have been the chairperson for two cookbook fundraisers. The first one was to benefit Great Ohio Dalmatian Rescue. We named it the Dog Lovers No Time to Cook Cookbook. The past adopters and volunteers were asked to submit recipes that could be made in under an hour. Pictures if adopted dogs were used on the divider pages. The campaign was very successful. We were able to raise over $1,000.00 which was used to pay for medical bills, boarding and spay/neuter operations. I am currently finishing up a cookbook for Second Chances Dalmatian Rescue. It will be the "Spot-acular" Cookbook. We have 135 recipes that have been submitted. The proceeds will go to benefit the Dalmatians.
