Silent Auction At the Relay For Life Fundraising Event 2008

I called the local businesses and had them donate for the silent auction.

We collected the items and then made up papers with a Thanks for the donated Item Of and had the name of the item and the Business that donated the item. Then the paper had lines for the people to bid on the item.

We did not start any thing out at a certain price however, you can. We had the people bid and ran the action from 7 pm till 9pm and raised at 1,000.00 for the Relay For Life 2008.

Also doing it again for The same Event 2009.
