Successful Magazine Fundraiser

At Hancock Creek Elementary School in Florida we have had plenty of fundraisers. Two years in a row we had magazine fundraisers that were both very successful.
Every year we have fundraisers to support field trips for the students, and school events such as barbecues. At Hancock Creek Elementary we like to have different fundraisers to make the idea of fundraising fun.
The fundraiser lasted for two weeks and in the end we raised a total of $2,540 dollars. The money we raised was pretty good for magazines. As usual we did award the top fundraising student in each grade level with a fun prize. The most popular prize that made the students more enthusiastic was the stereo system made by Sony. Other prizes included bicycles, portable radios, etc. The electronics seemed to attract the most attention.
We also did role playing on how the students should sell magazines on the TV announcements in the morning. Like other fundraisers we have had in the past, this fundraiser was also a success.
