My Sr. year at the University of Alabama I decided to pledge a
fraternity and one of our many task was to put together fundraisers, now the semester was winding down and our interest group was still one fundraiser behind in order to be considered for the next semester's pledge line, so what we decided to do was have and online cookbook auction during the
school break and the auction winner could redeem his purchase at the beginning of the next semester.
Now I guess you're wondering what was being auctioned, well we auctioned
cooking services from the author of the best cookbook submitted, that's right you could purchase the services of a
fellow student for a day.
Think about you could make cook you breakfast ,prepare your dinner or a number of other things ,it was all in good fun and it helped the victims of breast cancer.
