Teacher Appreciation Fundraiser

When I was president of an honor and service society in college, we had a fund raiser to raise funds so that members could attend the state and national conventions.

We decided to sell balloons (not just any balloons, these had smiley faces on them – who does not love a smiley face) for teacher appreciation day and would delivery them to the teachers at the school. We posted posters on the doors of all the buildings. They were colorful so that people would actually see and read them.

Some people purchased balloons for their significant other and took the balloons with them to delivery themselves. We sold the balloons all day to give everyone a chance to get a balloon. We sold every one of the balloons. It was very successful.
