Themed Dance Fundraiser

Our college soccer team is raising money to go to Europe in 2011. Our school is pretty small (about 3000 students). We decided to have a dance. We made it a rave theme (everyone wears neon and we gave our glow sticks) and charged $3 to get in. Everyone on the team took a shift taking money at the door or selling water/gatorade. Because our school is small and tight-knit, we got the word out pretty easily and we made $700!
