World's Finest Chocolate brings people together

I have a son who is in the 3rd grade and from day one of a new school year, the children begin gearing up for a fundraiser of some kind or another. Then about 1 month later there is another, then another, then another. It almost gets to the point where your friends and family run from you for fear you might try to sell them something. This is not the case with World's Finest. I never have trouble helping him sell the best chocolate in the world. It might help that I can't keep my hands out of it and I always end up buying far more than I intended to. It is just soooo good. The "sweetest" thing I have ever seen was when some of the neighborhood kids got together and sold World's Finest Chocolate and Lemonade. Some of the children were riding around on bikes with signs and some of them were working the "concessions stand". The cars were lined up around the block. It was truly a Norman Rockwell moment. The children's faces beamed with pride as they sold every last piece of chocolate. I am not sure how much they made, but it must have been substantial, because they won a huge pizza party for their efforts. So I guess you could say that World's Finest Chocolate is more than a luscious treat. It can build confidence in the next generation and bring together a community. In a world that has felt so divided lately that is really saying something.
